The Hilton's luxury hotel brand "Conrad" has announced plans for 378-room non-gaming property located on the site of the former "LaConcha" hotel. This site is across from the former Stardust Hotel and Casino. The $350 million Majestic Las Vegas property will a twin tower design that will reportedly be the second tallest structure in Las Vegas. The hotel will be built in conjunction with a 378-unit high-end luxury condo development. The property is looking for a 2009 opening.
