The brainchild of Hollywood producer turned high-end property developer Nile Niami and designed by renowned mega-mansion architect Paul McLean, The One has been 10 years in the making. It was originally marketed at a hefty $500 million (£364m) before construction had even broken ground, and was designed to be the most luxurious house filled with jaw-dropping features.
