A big Los Angeles estate has catapulted onto the market with a $150 million asking price, a stunning $90 million more than the property fetched just two years ago. For that, one lucky billionaire buyer will receive an all-new, state-of-the-art mansion originally designed by South African architecture firm SAOTA and extensively customized by its tech mogul owner in collaboration with L.A.-based architects Woods + Dangaran. The pricey listing is held by Aaron Kirman of Compass.
